I've made a few Sailor Fukus and the nice thing is the waist 'v' is super flattering and lends itself well to big hips. It'll really show off your shape! The skirt will rest right on top of your hips on the side and then taper down towards the front of the 'v'. Having bigger hips is actually a huge plus with this sort of outfit, since it gives the skirt a little more flounce! Also, your bust will look great in the stretch, and framed with the collar and bow? Can I get a hell yeah. ;)

yeah the more i think about it, the more i know my boobs are gonna taper off the loose shirt and box in my waist, and even if the skirt is form fitting, it’s still sucks bc the waistline is lost.
the only solution might be literally doing what i did in that picture, lift and pin back the loose ends for an exposed tmmy

some tips from my sailor fuku experts?????
okay so i really really wanna buy a sailor fuku outfit, but my main concern is how the shirt/skirt combo looks on gals that are busty with an hourglass figure, like ok this is my body:
in the past i’ve been pretty bummed when i wear shirts that supposed to hang off you, like, my boobs jut out and box in the rest of my features, but im wondering if the skirt will redeem the waist line and make it look good
i want to know before i sink some money in this, so input from fellow curvy sailor fukus? also, are there any work arounds for this?
